is should be a zechut for all involved. I am truly humbled to be a part of this. 

I am calling my new invention “human-raising” like fundraising, except the “damim” is more than money - it’s even more than giving of oneself; it is giving oneself ממש over to the cause. It raises the person to a higher level by virtue of the commitment. I was actually shocked how readily people were willing to take upon some thing that was bothering for a while. A few people told me yeah I have been pushing this off for quite some time, and they simply took the opportunity to use this as a push, and an incentive to do what they know to be right. My approach has been to tell people let’s brainstorm on what you are trying to overcome, and pick something that will push you out of your comfort zone, but not so far out that you will get burned out.
