I will tell more about my problem In my 18 years my duel with the Yetzer will be difficult. I try to think good things, but my mind has bad thoughts of lust when I see men, women, girls, boys I was addicted in porn and masturbation, I am clean without masturbation or porn but feeling dirty is part of me, because of those evil thoughts. I look bad because of the content and it seems that I am in a high degree of sexual depravity help me I want to be different, be a being of light and help others How do I start to have better thoughts?

Ola!
Thoughts, fantasies and images were very much a part of me for many years. What worked for me was 2 things:
1. I worked on guarding my eyes. For me, that just meant females. If you are attracted to males, you probably want to work on not looking too much at them also.
2. For the thoughts, every time they came, I spoke to Hashem (Dios) about it. I asked Him to take the thoughts and images from me. Every time. Over and over. I sincerely wanted to give them up.

There's much more, but this is a good start.
