After all the awareness I think the vast majority of parents and mechanchim still don't get it. I'm a yeshiva bochur that went through the regular system good yeshivos and all, it's unbelievable what's going on, there are great bochurim, "metzuyanim" that sit and learn and everything looks just fine but sadly since their parents had the audacity to say "not my kid" they were exposed to unfiltered internet and we all know what happens after that. I don't know what the eitza is but somehow it must be exposed that this can happen to ANYONE. It may be your son!

They do!! Non stop. Asifas, conferences, school rules, you name it, but...parents just don't get it. It's too foreign for most. Rabanim are definitely not to blame. They literally scream it from the rooftops and are called "closeminded". They make it clear to bochurim that the door is open for them to discuss these topics and are called perverts. What more do you want them to do?

Agree.  The mechanchim and rabbanim are very much aware and do try.  I've seen parents who are literally clueless.

I just want to point out that while everything you said is right and true, most rebbeim make it clear in the proper fashion, others need to be taught. I had a rebbe who asked us very explicit questions that should never be asked by any age and he screwed up quite a handful of bochurim due to this. Most understand though...no argument there.
