Two falls in two weeks - this has not happened for a long time. I thought that a bit of honesty and less over confidence might help me

Theres nothing wrong with confidence, but like you said too much can dig yourself into a whole that you don't even know your digging (it can lead to being more laxed)

I don't have so much advise to give, as I'm in need of help also, but I just wanted to tell you that it's beautiful that you decided to be true to yourself and your morals by leaning on a crutch that you set up for yourself a while ago. THAT TAKES COURAGE. Something that I didn't necessarily have after I broke my streak. Be proud that you have somewhere to go to when you need it, and there are always people there when you need it.

Boruch Hashem, still clean.

I think that it helped to "lower" myself to come back to the Forum. It is a good way to remember that we cannot manage ourselves.

If we remember that it is a short step to remember that we need Hashem.

I was astounded that I started here seven years ago. I would never have imagined that it was so long!

I guess that it is good to see things black on white. A little reminder of what will be after 120 years..

When I was young I imagined that at some age I would be free of this problem. For some reason the age keeps on increasing...

I am learning that this is actually part of life, or more accurately said LIVING.

I think that all of you realised this years ago....
