I find Sunday the worst day of the week.  it's a misnomer.  it's really Sinday.  something in the Ari (especialy in California.)

Welcome, tell us more about yourself and hopefully by Sunday you will have a week clean! As an aside, I had the reverse, most of the years that I acted out, I managed to refrain from doing so on Shabbos.
