I have been pushing it off for a number of reasons. 

About the mindfulness. I was pretty into it for a few months but have slowed down a lot the past month or so. I am not sure if I got anything from it. I liked some of it. The problem is that most “mindfulness” outlets are really plain meditations. Not the same. Interesting experience, definitely something to try.
