Hello all.  I am new to GYE.  I am ready for change.  I have been off and on since the age of 11.  Some days I have the strength to stop, most days I do not.  I think the longest I ever went clean was maybe three months back in college, but obviously it followed me until I gave right back in.  I have made changes for others that didn't stick, but I want this time to be different.  I want the accountability of others who have been there and will get in my face if I go back.
My name is the Flash.  No, I am not a flasher.  I simply like the tv show and have always like the character since my childhood days.

You should be able to get rid of this bad habit quickly and find what works for you. There are many tools to help you stop, look around GYE and see what fits.
