 i am just looking for another eitza how to get past this shabbos when my wife is a nidda, i cant stand the fact that i never can get past these shobbosem. i think i tried every thing

think about when she will be muter
read a very good book
go on a long walk with her 
go to sleep late when i am really tiered 
and i even tried not to eat a lot by the meal
but some of this works some times but this week i have a family simcha ... do you know what i mean? its going to be impossible

Nothing really constructive here....if there is an underlying issue or addiction.

i am new and not sure what you mean by addiction to i guess sex i can tell you i have never done it with any one other person other then my wife, and if you mean masturbation aren't we all men!!

cordny has pretty much said it as it is. You (probably) have an addiction. It has nothing to do with you're wife being a niddah, or you being a man. Next month your wife might be tired, and you might start saying she's not enough sexy you etc. then you'll need to find another woman that can give you what you desperately need as a man...
That's not the case. You're running to sex to deal with your problems instead of dealing with the problem like a "man".
It's ok, I understand you're new. I just wanted to give you a tip on understanding what us addicts are struggling with.

How can you say this man probably has an addiction! From 3 posts! It can take years for someone to realize they're an addict, it took 2 years for my former therapist to realize I'm an addict! In terms of dealing with the problem like a "man," I have no idea what that means. While there may be issues other than his wife being a niddah, you used an absolute of "nothing" to say that it's not about that. I would suggest a different tone. I try to avoid generalizations when I speak because almost always I'm wrong when I make them.
