Hi guys.
Im stuck with a big issue i did when i was younger and not sure what to do.
I'm married with kids and now my sister is dating now. she ask me if she has to find out if she need to ask a rov if shes a besulum (virgin) since we played around when we were little. when would a girl not  be a besulum halachily and how to handle it. I regret it big time.
Please let me know.

I did. Waiting for him to get back to me. I hear stories that many frum families sibling play around. Not sure if its common or not.

I think that she should speak to a Rebbitzen who can help her to speak to a Rav. I am not sure that you should be part of the שקלא וטריא
