Thank you all again for your kind words. It really is a struggle. It's been two days and I cut off all communication with the people and things that I was previously part of. Every day it gets easier and I just need to stay strong and stay in that direction. We can do this together, I know we can. It might be hard but I know we can make it happen. Have a great shabbos!

Funny you mention that because I'm having a harder time today, feeling urges. I'm trying to stay strong, keep myself busy.

For some reason, I am also feeling the urge today. I just davened to HKB"H to keep me strong and called a friend to share my urge with him. I am now starting to work and I hope HKB"H will allow me to come into shabbos clean and serene.
