As my name suggests I'm not Jewish. I have, however, found Jewish wisdom to be very transformational. So far the resources here have been amazing, and this truly is an answer to prayer. I've seen a lot of people talking about learning Mussar and was wondering if anyone could direct me to any on-line audio or video resources. I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello, friend!

I have a telephone study partner who has been turned on to the mussar-related work of Alan Morinis. I don't know what exactly there is online from him, but you could try searching for him.

Feel free to share more!

Welcome to you and congrats for coming here to work on these challenges.

In regards to your question where you can find mussar, here is link to kol haloshon click on the link to Mussar vchasidus on that page.

If you need any help to what kind of mussar you would like, please send me a private message, and I will try to help you.

Good Luck

Welcome. The special part of Guard Your Eyes is that everyone is here with the same or similar issues and are seeking help. No matter what background we come from we are all united in the battle to beat our lust issues and addictions.
There are many options in English of classical mussar books available.
whatever it may be, I wish you a warm welcome to GYE. Keep on Posting.
