Think about what you do with your spare time-do you take a walk, work out and go to sleep at a normal hour?

Hey Everyone,

today is my second day clean after my last fall. I need to get into a groove again. I Know these few weeks are tough but I'm going to do my best to be strong.

i love to play ball and work out so i think im going to focus more on my hobbys and other intrestes for healthy outlets
