I will have to agree with you that there is a lot of information here. I was talking to a friend of ours (from GYE) and he told me "You know, really GYE can be packed into a few ideas that are mentioned over and over and over again. Each time it's in a new package, a new twist, but it's all the same main point!!"

The reason we need new packages and twist is because everyone sees everything differently, and coming from different angles, so everyone needs to see their personal way of looking at it.

SO don't be a stranger, tell us about yourself, your struggles, how long it has been, what you have tried doing to stop, etc. Let's get practical, not just informative!

So how about making a Kitzur GYE Handbook? We'll be able to carry it in our pockets at all times.
