Hi,

Im trying to change my profile on this website b/c the email address I have on there is no longer valid. When I try to change, it asks me for my youngest child's nickname as a security question. I don't remember ever entering a nickname for my youngest child and everything I try is wrong. How do I change my email address in my profile? Thanks.

I'm not experiencing this.

I clicked where it says Profile at the top of this page.
There, in blue on a blue background it says my username on the left side and Edit on the right side.
I clicked Edit.
Then there's a form that says Username, Email, Password, Verify Password.
I changed the email address and clicked save.

It worked without asking me for anything more.

Thanks for trying to help. I created a new profile and I'm back as startrekuser. I haven't called yet to set up chat, but will eventually. I tried deleting my old profile, startrek, and it may have worked. I'm not sure. This is a weakness of this web site.
