I am ewrds I found GYE three weeks ago I receive daily news letter and actually stayed clean or porn and masturbation for 9 days and then acted out then another 7 days and acted out so here i am today wanting to act out again But i would rather not . I don't get down on my self for acting out I would just rather not . I f that makes since I have been ponting and masturbating most of my life about 50 years LOL and enjoy it (single and never married ) am not jewish. Love this site , like to keep up with whats going on in Israel and found this site . So here I am a christian and need to make some changes . Am learning to navigate here and so here i am you can ask any thing you want and make comments I am not easily offend

there are lots of things we would rather do/not do, but the fun or the satisfaction that we receive from doing it/not doing it is vastly superior to the alternative.

if it doesn't bother you so much, why go thru the trouble?
