Hello,

I'm a 28y man old leaving in France. The French GYE forum still not exists but I really need to talk with people who can understand me.
I can't remember the first time I mast** myself but it was before I had zera... When I discovered Internet, it was worst and I visited a lot of website, download videos...
I get married 3y ago and it was magic: no more desire to see porn, the nidda period was exactly the time interval I can control myself. I thought that it was finished with this problem.

The best advice I got upon arriving here was to always be progressing in trying to stop hurting myself, to try something out - if it works, great, if it's not enough then on to something else. If you keep on moving foward, eventually you'll get all the way!!!
