in my opinion a regular jewish atractive woman dressed as a regular litvish or regular chasidish lady (not like the ones in mea shearim) if they are atratctive they are as powerfool as the goim.
dont we have problems in the winter even they have coats?

maybe  true erliche jews that they are not familiar with internet porn, when they see the open blesings of go-d by the shikses they get "shoked" , but for us well "informed and educated " ppl no boddy and nothing can shok us, we just know when we see a preety woman and the consecuences.... well....

U ever saw ch 27 in Tanya? "You struggle in war w/the yetzer for 'foreign passions?..Perhaps this is why you were created, to always have this issue, and give Hashem the greatest nachas possible by not giving in to these passions; even more than any other praise ever can!" Just see it, ch.27. Right in the middle. I'm BH sober a few years and still see the great beauty in ladies. BH it's not a 'depressing struggle' because I've built up so much other good besides that aspect of my life. A yid was created to always need another yid, and to always need Hashem. Aint nothing wrong with that, at all. Secularism sells a 'good fun easy life of smiles'. Judaism is about real life (which can also be with a real smile for doing 'real' things with purpose in our time)

Your words are so true like we said on the call. When we think we know how our avoda should look then we are blocking hashem from entering our lives. Without hashem were left with our own thought process. Yikes!!! thats what got us into this mess. Our gaava, thinking that we know our tafkid in this world and we've got it all figured out, is what pumps the hot air into the baloon, which can eventually pop, rachmona litzlon.

man, i love these guys!
no, tzaddik, you love them because of who they are, not what they do, andbecause we are all in the same boat, looking for freedom from the shackles of fear and defiance, to serve Hashem the way thathewants....

I didn't mean to pass judgement on "the person within" trigger #2.  My approach is that she is there to test me and give me an opportunity to demonstrate my allegiance.  And, I'm just not going to look at her at all cuz I can't deal with how that glance would affect me.  So, since she's now off the radar, I don't need to dwell on what kind of person she is.

At work, An attractive, very modestly dressed frum girl asked me for my pushka to put $ into. (Everyone knows I keep one on my desk)She put the coins, smiled then walked away...Of course this means she wants me, right!? I mean, what else could that possibly mean!?!..Oy vey... Hashem please keep helping me! :-) what a kook my brain can be sometimes. Ok, so now I'll mention gemora too. "Give me friends or give me death".. (Ta'anis) BH we can share stories like this here..

I don't mean to sound stupid but what wasn't nice about what she did?

Am I missing something?

by goim this dosnt mean nothing.

by yyiden that its clear that there is supoused to be a distance, and she cant ask from SS when he goes to do him self a coffe "would you do me one too?" to ask for his pushka is really not the same as the coffe but mmmm not 100 % ok

and you see that SS thinks that he is hansome now.... ;D

Alexeliezer, I agree that you have to immediately look away. It's nothing but a test. A trigger #1 is what you must be able to "be able to handle" on a regular basis.

See, that's the problem here...

First of all, if someone wants to give tzedakah at the workplace and they ask politely with no innuendo whatsoever -how can she be faulted? Because your mind is messed up?

If so there are two options:

A. Be honest and post a sign near your desk as follows:

WARNING!!!
ATTENTION ALL FEMALES!
SEXAHOLIC AT WORK!!! DO NOT APPROACH DESK!!!
[size=24pt]VIOLATORS SUBJECT TO VILIFICATION!!

B. Get a job in a woman free environment or starve to death.

It really does take a screwball like laag to understand what this person did wrong.

ebd you speacking nonsence... you lost completly the jewish regesh and hashkafa how a woman is supoused to behave.

i didnt say she is a prostitute, i said its not nice what she did, but i agree that in a very modern enviroment or goish enviroment, she did just fine, but in a regular jewish frum place i think that there is טעם לפגם  in what she did (you know how it goes smile here smile there.... it stinks)
but i agree with u that its not the end of the world cause she didnt ask him a coffee
(sorry i dont know how to make big letters, i try the small ones should say it all)
