Yesterday, I was the only one in the house with multiple computers, an iphone, and an iPad available. I thought to myself, this is a perfect time to lust. But then I said, "Hashem, can you pleasure make sure I don't give in to my lust?" Next thing I know, I am sitting down with a sefer. It's that simple.

Haha I think you meant please?

But that's really awesome. I also find that learning is a perfect antidote to lust. It puts me in a state of mind of kedusha, and the yetzer hara simply falls away quietly, without even needing to fight it. I've also noticed that when I'm clean I want to learn more, I am able to learn more, and I enjoy it more.
