Heiliga B,
My Pintele understanding is that we need to utilize the checklist for the future - as a guide to better understand how we can align our Ratzon with the Ratzon Hashem. That is its only use.
What it should not be, is a guide to "bust" and "depress" us to Chas Vesholom think that we are worthless and are sinners etc... That logic is the garbage that the Y"H tries to dump on us so we don't move forward.
In summary, know the roadmap, rev up your engine, push the pedal to the metal and leave the Y"H behind to inhale your fumes - because you are ReJEWvinated ;D

I just want to clarify that we know that there
is a time and place for the checklist. The seforim say that it could be every evening right before we go to bed. The Bresolver Chassidim say that it is during the hour of Hisboididus. The key is that it is a
finite time and after that, fugetaboutit :D
The only day that it the checklist
is a focus, is on Yom Kippur, which is why we say Viduy so many times. But then we right away have to prepare for Zman Simchoisainu - what a surprise ;D
