Hi people,

I am curious about one question. A jewish man that have relations (yeah, it is really that kind of relations) with a jewish woman.
If it was a one time thing, does he need to give her a get? How is this issue?

Thank you

I'm not sure what the answer is but I think Kadosh doesnt know because of the mishna: Ha'isha Nikneis bikesef shtar U'biah....

I'm not sure what the answer is. If this is a real life situation then a Rav should be asked.

Ask a competent Rabbi.

I do recall hearing on this subject about a case which came before Harav Avigdor Miller Zichrono Livracha. At a party for teenagers, a bunch of boys gave 'kidushin' to a bunch of girls..... [There was no way of knowing who gave to whom.] The Rav had them all the boys give a get to each of the girls. Rabbi Miller explained to someone that even though there was no geniune intent to marry & therefore there was no real significance to their actions, he wanted them to give the get (along with all that it entails! [i.e. The girls get the status of a Gerusha!]) to teach them a lesson about the severity of their actions.....

I also have a memory of hearing that concerning bi'uh Chazal say that ein adam osseh bi'asso be'ilas z'nus & he does it l'shem kidushin.......

if you want to be mekadesh with biya you need witnesses...some say they need to witness the pen go into the inkwell...

What about hein hein eida yichud, hein hein eidei bi'uh - we do not need witnesses for the actual deed. It is sufficient that there are witnesses to their being secluded privately long enough for them to do the deed?

Should this thread be moved to the Bais Hamedrash thread?  :-\

Or is that only for guys who write Torah when they actually know what they are talking about??  :o

They are not considered eidim unless the man made it clear that the purpose of the yichud is for kiddushin, in such case it is not necessary to see a biah -a yichud ha'raui l'biah is enough.

yosef, you can ignore this post since i am not learned enough for you....

If I tried to argue, you would just say that I am acting humble!  ;D

Fact is though, I mostly know only Aggadata.
The Yosef Hatzadik's Ha'oros thread is based on Chumash, Rashi, & speeches I heard.

This was the only pshat I understood.

After reading your post I chapped another pshat. (Like in Thursday nights raiding the kitchen in Yeshiva) Is that what you meant?

I do not pasken. This is simply an academic rant (or rage).

It is possible the questionnaire is concerned about her being his peilegesh. If they lived together long term and it was known that they were living together then it might be worth talking to a Rav.
