I made a neder, that before and after i fell i would do something. well not only did i fall, i completely forgot to do the b4 part of the neder.  i made a real neder.  i know the seriousness the gemara gives to this.  what teshuva do i have? does anyone know?

As I recall Rabbainu Yonah says hold off on the chest pounding, first get yourself clean (azivas Hachet) after you got that taken care of, then you can start working on those past aveiros.

how about standard charata, vidui and kabala al ha'asid for breakin of the neder?

Maybe it's possible to find a 'pesach' to be 'oiker' the neder LeMaphraya?

I never learnt Hilchos Nedarim. Maybe this would be a good time...

I sympathize with you, it may be a bit scary to have been oveir on a real live neder.

But Zemmy is right, standard Charatah, Vidui, and Kabbalah al HeAsid works for all aveiros.

Hashem loves you, and He wants you to be close with him. Focusing on the severity of Nedarim might have been a good idea beforehand, but now... just look ahead and learn from the experience.

See where you fell, see what you can do to prevent that in the future. And get close to Hashem.
