No not quite. It took a full three years after quitting masturbation for me to regain my health. I had occasional falls in that period, but I had broken away from the addictive and compulsive behaviour. I'm now in my 5th year of recovery.

Btw, this may sound lurid, but do any of you ever produce this viscous semen-like fluid after/during urination? I'm certain I don't have a STD bc I've never even kissed a girl, let alone slept with one. It's a phenomenon I've noticed after a relatively long clean stretch (more than a month), or after I've slipped (viewed some sexy non-nude pics).

Hmmm... definitely go for a checkup. Even if you have sex day in and day out, you shouldn't have a problem getting an erection the following few hours ( a day at the latest).
