I thought I was invincible. I came within a hair of messing up tonight. After years of holding off and working on myself and being clean, I'm falling back in. I don't know how to fix the state that I'm in but I'm being dragged in and I can barely hang on. Please help.

Call some old or new friends
Go do some chesed to your wife or mother. Make sure its someone that you dont want to do the chesed for.
Call someone from the forum.

shmiras, your post and my thoughts tell me that klal yisroel is completely intertwined, and we go through challenges together.  now if we could just work on them together we could get out of galus.
