I loved your insight GUard quoted in the chizuk email.
Slow but sure change is not necessarily noticable on a daily basis,
especally when we are standing too close.
Personally, I dont think Im off in noticing change in your attitude since you first joined.
That tiny-winy change which is bringing you closer to your Tatty in shamayim.
And for every 1/4 step you take closer,
HE is moving mountains in order to enable you to reach Him that much sooner!
Thanks...
I am not sure...
You see it could just be a fluctuation.... In a week from now I may be back to...You know... the whole Hashem is out to get me thingy...
It is my belief that Huge very noticeable change in a short time is short lived....
Real progress is the kind you sweat for day after day after day...
So Tried, why are you allowing yourself to change so quickly... It wont last....?
Answer is that you never fight change... Even if you suspect that it'll be short lived why not go with it...
P.s. I only joined this place not too long ago... How did the whole 7up=MOM start?
Even if you internalize a positive change or concept for only a second before once again falling,
that idea is NOW YOURS FOREVER.
It has become etched into your neshama, and no matter what happens after that, it will always be a part of you.
NO-one and nothing can ever remove that positive, ruchnius 'tattoo' from your neshama.
And even if you seem to fall and lose that madreiga,
whenever you want, it will be attainable once again.
Because once it was yours,
it will ALWAYS remain yours.
Check out this link. I think we all need to internalize its message and constantly review it...
