In the army and struggling girls everywhere can't not talk to them because it's disrespectful so you talk but weather you realize it or not your hormones are going crazy and then it comes to bite you so 2 things 
WHy try now if I can fail at 90 days 
And maybe just wait to change until I can get back in to a cleaner place

You are indeed in a tough situation.
90 days doesn't matter.
Tomorrow doesn't matter.
Today matters.
BezH you'll get back to a cleaner place and make more changes then.
The only changes that matter are the ones you make right now.

Wow, that must be so so difficult..
If I was in your position I'm not sure if I'd manage to control myself.
But sitting here in my comfort zone I'm just wondering if perhaps you should look at it the other way round: You have a tremendous opportunity right now to grow to unbelievable heights! Levels that others reach over a long time - you could reach within a short tekufah if you stay strong and in control! יש קונה עולמו בשעה אחת!
So why wait until later if Hashem has given you such a great opportunity now?
