Hi Chevra, I just had a Zoom meeting with a Highschool Rebbe who has over 3,000 days clean on GYE and started crying when he thanked us for the help GYE had given him about 10 years ago. He also told me that he helped many bochurim through our site.

Rabbosai, we're fighting against a bigger threat to Klal Yisrael than Hamas. But together we will WIN! The Zohar says that all the wars on this world are fought mainly in the upper-worlds between the angels who are appointed over each nation, the Satan and Yisroel.

All of us here on GYE have a big opportunity to do OUR part in this war against evil. Everytime we say no to the Yetzer Hara down below, a soldier is saved from danger, or another terrorist falls in Gaza. We are on the FRONT LINES of the final battle before Moshiach.

I think the Gaza / Simchat Torah / Operation Swords of Iron war presents a challenge for those of us on here.



We are extra stressed, tired, and can really feel down after watching the news.

When a Jew dies, it affects me.



My advice is to not watch it too much, and instead to take extra care.



Do some learning, daven, go for a walk, help someone in need.
