For sure don't worry about wet dreams. Hard enough to keep in check the things we can control, never mind worrying about that which we cannot.

In the day, does it just take you a long time to fall asleep, or is it that you feel tired when you wake up? If its the second one, try sleeping for only 20 -30 mins. This stops you getting into deep sleep, and can be quite refreshing. And its not unproductive when done like this as it really gives energy for the rest of the day.

yes. I don’t even have a הוא אמינה to beat myself up about a wet dream- even though I came very close to falling leading up to it i still view it as a tremendous victory that I didn’t actively fall all this time. I’m on day 10- a level I hadn’t reached in a looong time! 
about sleep, I had a night shift in the army and I always find it hard to sleep during the day so constant exhaustion was the result.

So, I’m officially a war room operator for the fire support branch of the army under the artillery brigade. I coordinate between units and levels of command as well as keep track of inventory. I’m stationed on the border of Lebanon. Unfortunately, since i still didn’t go through a security clearance and there’s tension on the border, for the last few weeks I wasn’t able to serve in my regular position. Rather they have me in a warehouse of another base to pack supplies for the troops in the field. On the one hand there aren’t any minyanim, on the other hand there’s time to learn. Quite frustrating though.

Fell yesterday morning after a tough fight on Shabbat. I’ll do my best to be clean through ראש השנה. I just need to get enough sleep so I’m not too tired and can get up out of bed immediately  even if have urges
