Maybe put that tablet high up on a shelf or somewhere where it will be difficult to get to like behind something heavy...it other words, make the choice to use it for pmo as difficult as possible. And if you can, take a walk outside.

The only way to be safe is to separate yourself from it asap!!! Leave the house...call someone...if not you may win for a while but we all know what happens even after being strong...the temptation is too strong. Yichud is assur even for an 80 year old man and an 80 year old woman. Desire can make both of them seem way younger. Dont be meyached with the tablet. If you win you will feel amazing. If you lose you will feel like garbage. You have an opportunity not only to not fall but to win! To gain a positive aspect!!! Last time you fell did the pleasure outweigh the pain and remorse?!? I think not!
Commit to posting here what happens. To let us know if you succeed or chsv"sh fall. Hopefully it will be a deterrent.
