BH the Taphsic method has helped me tremendously and today I consider myself having hit 630 days clean.... there's a few doubts in my head about the validity of Taphsic method after Kol Nidre? Most likely the YH trying to get me to slip & fall.

Does Kol Nidre have the power to cancel the taphsic method vows? 

Sorry if it's quite an obvious answer which I'm just unaware of.

I don't think so, because that vow is intentional and explicit and dear to you (obviously) and it needs a chacham to invalidate it:

And no Kol Nidrei, and even the nusach of Hatarat Nedarim pre-RH, have no effect on the method. Or the ability to stop you renewing the method (see Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah 228:14), you would need to express the contents of your neder/shavuah and that you regret it in front of three men, or a chacham.
