I need a sponsor that has time and willing to help me, working thru phone & text i want to urgently start the 12 steps don't know where to start even 
when responding please state if possible from which area Etc. you are to see if it will be suitable

Why don't you apply through your home page? There is a link to find a partner or sponsor, which supplies you with what you need.

I got my sponsor thru SA, not gye, so it might be a bit harder. But instead of waiting for sponsors to volunteer, how about doing some research here and reaching out to someone whose story and recovery resonates with you? Ask them if they're available and willing to sponsor you. And if doesn't work out, you can always switch.
