has anyone experience real life sexual touch besides for porn? does that make your struggle harder? Because ive gone stripclubs multiple times and massage parlors. are the strategies for that different than porn or its taken care of automatically when doing solutions with porn. also i feel that sex chats online is different than regular porn. is that so by others or its not so?

It is all lust.  The more you lust, the more you feed that lust, the worse it gets.   But, at the end of the day, the solution is the same.

Its all about lusting wether in life or fantasy, its about making a women with a heart and a soul into a sexual object. This program or some of the posts made me change my ways by seeing them as human beings - no difference if on video or life.
