Hi everyone. so I just recently made a Neder under the taphsic template and some pornographic images popped up on the screen unexpectedly. I did see them but immediately exited them out. I made a Neder "not to look at any illicit materiel". Do you guys think this warrants the consequence? Thanks!

As has been brought in several instances, both in regards to your type of case and similar ones, as well as all throughout Judaism with just about every example under the sun (and possibly beyond that):

God knows we're human, and humans can't control stuff that's outside of our control (I know, crazy idea!). Therefore, we're not held accountable for anything beyond our control. We do start becoming accountable if, after the unavoidable situation begins, we continue to take part in it even though we are able to distance ourselves from it.
