"Newbie", but with the specific connotation that they refuse to do the work and expect others to do it for them. May also refer to someone who's not so green but still a total slacker. Whereas "newb" is a newbie who is inexperienced and is trying to improve.

The point is don't be a lazy moron and use the search function, as you implied in your post that I quoted. I'm just fleshing it out for the NOOBS.
