joeshmo	I hear you M3, and you are correct. Its a beautiful day here in my state so Im going to go run a few miles...Im laid off and boared so alot of the reasons I 'play" online is because of that I believe..I have a week under my belt now and it feels GREAT!! I signed up for the wall but they didn't put me on it for some reason..I signed up on the 19th...thanks ;D

joeshmo	today is 10 days clean This is weired but since I have taken steps to reach out to this wonderful site full of Tzedakim its just all been a smooth 10 days...I have been studying more and I believe Im going to beat this Yetzor HaRa...as quick as something comes into my mind I get it out and don't dwell on it...Thanks for your support and prayers.
