A filter would be a good first step.

Making plans for what to do when you feel urges? Like a diversion? Also a good move, probably. It's hard to tell yourself "stop!" It's easier to say, "hey, let me go read a book/play guitar/computer game/go for a jog instead.

Also, whatever your personal lust issues are, you might want to try to find a way to fulfill those needs with your wife, and focus on her instead of outside sources. She might even enjoy some of your interests.

I had a wonderful Sabbath of prayerand study, Baruch HaShem...I have a new strength I feel...I really feel that Im going to beat this addiction ...I feel on top of the world so to speak... will keep in touch..if I fall I am always honest...Have a wonderful day.

Baruch HaShem to you both I do undrstand that a feeling is not worth nothing with this disease..but I do understand that G-d is still in control and if he heals someone of anything then they are healed...Im not saying that that is me but I am saying that a new strength has come from somewhere...Baruch HaShem......I will always say if I fail or if I am strong..today I am strong...only because of HaShem..Thanks for all your support.

Absolutely - enjoy the feeling, but USE the feeling to help you prepare...we never assume that we're cured - that's breaking the first rule (being powerless), and it's a basic tenet of being frum, too - never being sure, never putting ourselves in the way of temptation, because no matter what level we're on, there's no certainty.

But yes - enjoy the feeling, enjoy being clean, enjoy being close to hashem!

I did have a fall   I do hope I can grow..

What have you learned?

I have learned that when I get nervice about somethingit sparks the feeling to "Look" at stuff...thats what I learned..also to many glasses of wine as well...I am learning.
