You can download qustodio (qustodio.com) is a very effective filter. and its free!!! you can progress a lot in the struggle whit this filter.

it is true, but you have to manage the settings properly.

as I happen to know people that had issues with it, please email me if you run into problems.

it is especially good for android, but it must be set up properly.
