Can anyone direct me to a free internet filter.....I think I have finally come to the point where not only do I wanna change but I want to make a tangible action to show im serious. I realized that without the filter I am having a real problem not tempting myself

I have been amazingly successful since installing a filter. It is almost like a breath of fresh air. Strentghtn yourself....i know what its like to feel like you re slipping but when you make that first step away from it you'll feel better. by walk away i mean literally.....go for a walk or to a public place where it is impossible to have privacy. thats what worked for me early on

It is actually impossible to over-emphasize how important filters are in getting rid of this addiction. I know that for me, I would never be able to even BEGIN down this path of recovery if I had unfiltered internet constantly within reach.

Good on you for taking this major step! I wish you much hatzlacha on your journey.
