Thanks for your support and giving me hope.
In terms of a network of people I don't know if I can do that I saw a therapist about it so that's someone what else do you suggest?

I agree 100% with the last post. It took me many years to find GYE, and I can't emphasize how vital the Pilpul Chaverim here has been in helping me fight my addiction.
