There are opinions which hold that the digital voice (meaning a recording) of a women is not halachikly considered to be kol isha. In any case where it cannot be prevented such as in a grocery store for example, you can rely on these opinions freely. Still, as an addict, try to consider it background noise and make every attempt to ignore it. I know for myself, kol isha can be very triggering.

Another consideration: Some Poskim are lenient if you don't know what the woman who is singing looks like.
Just as an alcoholic needs to avoid that first sip, a lust addict needs to avoid that first slip.Slip today? No way! ;)Fall today? No way, Jose'!

Oddly enough I've never really had an issue with recordings, even if I know what she looks like.
Maybe because I can't stand the style of music that you normally hear women singing (ie, "pop" as opposed to good old metal).

Rav Moshe matirs learning even if there is a woman singing in the next apartment.
And he matirs getting on trains even though you will bump into a woman inevitably.
And he matirs learning on trains when there are poorly dressed women near you.

We live in this world.
We try to avoid pritzus when we can.
But we cant let the tumah prevent our kedusha.
Halachos are halachos.
We do what we can.
