I dont want to change my ISP, i want to install it on my current browser.... maybe Thank you

Chrome

In the upper right, open the Customize and control Google Chrome menu by clicking the three horizontal bars. Select Settings.

Click the Show advanced settings... link, and then, under "Privacy", click Content settings... .

Under the "Images" heading, select Do not show any images.

Click OK, and then close the Settings tab. If necessary, reopen Chrome to continue browsing.

Firefox

In Windows, from the Tools menu, select Options... .

On a Mac, from the Firefox menu, select Preferences... .

If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
At the top of the window, click Content.

Uncheck Load Images or Load images automatically.

In Windows, click OK.

Internet Explorer

In Internet Explorer 5.x or later for Windows:

From the Tools menu, select Internet Options... .

If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
In the window that appears, select the Advanced tab.

Scroll down the list to "Multimedia", and uncheck Show Pictures.

Click OK.

Safari

From the Safari menu, select Preferences... .

At the top of the window that appears, click Appearance.

Uncheck Display images when the page opens.

Those will work but can be undone just as easily. I think he's looking for something he can't change back.

strugglingandstrivngBT	there is probably a way to make preferences password secure (I dont have chrome; dont personaly know). If so just get someone else to hold the password.

I don't know the detailed instructions but it appears that User Account Control on Windows 7 will do this. You can limit changes to any application.

If you are not tech-savvy enough to figure this out by experimentation you can take it to someone who is.

Either way you will need to make some kind of administrator user on your machine and give the password to somebody else.
