I am getting a niggling feeling that I "need" to look at women not dressed properly (or not dressed at all). But so far I have managed to hold it off.
Hashem please help me just a bit more, I feel I can get over it just help me do it.
If I do fall it will muck me up and may spin off to more and more dirt which you for sure don't want, so just help me out now when it is only a small bump and don't let me get to the big bumps.

P.S.Just after I finished writing my plea I already feel better. Maybe it has to do with the psychological part of getting things off you mind, or maybe I have an express lane to Hashem after breaking records and not letting my eyes slip for over two weeks now. Which is a major record for me not only the fact of no porn and masturbation but no looking at anyone on the street (I have been a real machmir). So now I would give myself 4.1 and on the rise.
