Gevaldig! When you catch yourself doing something good, you should compliment yourself and just keep it up.

"not looking on the street" is a great approach. Hope it also includes not looking anywhere where danger lurks. And take it from this experienced loser - not looking is not enough if lusting still continues in the mind. So we need to 'see no evil, hear no evil, and think no evil', and avadai we should do no evil.

It has this feeling of not real so you can look or I don't know what, but the fact was that it was a big problem. Now that I take great care in the street (don't worry I don't like an idiot, I do it in a sensible way) I find that the not looking at bad advertisements etc. on the web is much easier to control.
