You either need to get a life, or get more Woodford. It's one or the other, buddy.

Poor me, poor me, pour me some Woodford please. [Easier than getting a life.]

Ok. Everything I've achieved 'til now was through the TaPHSic-method. And always when I've fallen after a good while was 'cuz I stoped TaPHSic. Kumt oys, I have to start again.
So here is my plan.
('til next moytze shabbes)

-guard your brain (if not, pay 10 bugs penalty for each "not-guarding")
-guard your mouth (if not, pay 1 bug penalty for each bad word bli neder)
-guard your eyes (if not, pay 1 bug for each second look haha!)
-guard your hmm..yea..your bris koydesh (!) (and if not, pay 100 bugs! to a tzedaka of your choice)

Okay, now It should be easier.

chatzlocho.

btw, let me share 1 thing. As I was in the "fell into the dirt"-situation I had the possibility to watch some videos. and after kim'at 15 or even more months of NOT-looking I was matir to myself to do it now. So as it usually works is, that we have 2 dinnim by this videos. 1 - they are disgusting. 2 - they are very exciting. And since 2 is so strong we forget 1. So as I started to look. I realized. That af al pi that I was going to fall now (and I did fell -.-) 1 was more stronger that 2, with other words, it was disgusting (and even offending) in such a way, that I DECIDED not to look. (and btw, the first seconds of the vid. that i saw was nothing special, I mean, it's not the video, its me who changed. (well, changed not enough...but still..)).

Chizzuk Mail number 1:

Every time you say "no" to your obsessions, it is priceless. It's another step up, and no step goes to waste. Remember this parable: Even if someone is heading out to the other side of town and on the way he slips on the ice, all he needs to do it just get up and continue. But slipping never takes a person all the way back home. Even if you slip, you are still where you were when you fell. You just need to stand yourself up and continue on from where you left off... JUST DON'T STAY ON THE FLOOR!

Is it actually true?

Hey welcome back! Sorry to hear about your reset, but that's exactly what it is. Reset. Doesn't matter what happened before. Start from scratch, only today is what counts.

Hatzlacha!

I know you do not mean it this way, BB, but all too often, our sperm coming out is just that: a reset button. The ultimate reset button.

Our way to finally regain the old sanity - the bitter regret that seems to free us from the obsession....for a while. A way for us to guarantee we will again feel close to Hashem, that Torah will again make sense to us inside. A reset button. As the White Book put it, "The only way we knew to be free of it, was to do it." Beautiful, simple. After 10 days, 20 days, 90 days of fighting, clawing to stay afloat...we finally give in because of battle fatigue...of course.

That's not what orgasm is for, not what sperm is for.

That's not recovery, at all. I do not want it, and I doubt Tatty wants that for you, either - and I doubt you want it, either. Right?

Just wanted to share that thought, and hope no one here misconstrues it as criticizing.

Party on!
