I thought my wife had reset a new for my iPhone restrictions but it turns out it was just to lock the screen so now I still know the pw. I read on forums online that the only way to reset the restrictions ow is to reset all my settings and l lose all my data/apps, etc . Is that true or does anyone know of anthr way to reset the pw?! Thx

you can go in to settings/general/restrictions using the existing PW and disable restrictions, then enable restrictions and set (or have someone else set) a new password. You will lose all the restriction settings and you will have to set it all up again. So maybe take notes before you disable it so you can set it back the same way.
