Hashem, please help me remember to ask you to help me throughout the day.

Amen! Me too.

I now feel so close to HKBH, I keep on asking him for help in everything I do. and hashem, I cant stop thanking you for everything, and for bringing me out  of misery.
Pls read my thread, how my fall brought about this. (nistarim darchei hashem...)

Hey, where's everyone?

The last 2 days were much easer for me. I've asked hashem countless times to help me , and I feel him with me ...
That didn't stop me from falling though. Any thoughts pintele?

TrYiNg,
Pintele is off line for a while, we need to keep this going without him.

I remembered only twice today .

But it is very powerful. Especially since I don't do this out of habit. So each time I do, it is a real reality check.

great. Where is will?

I'm not so good as I was in the beg of the week. About several times a day. It really is powerful, I wish I would do it more often.

Two overall comments that I'd like to make about what I've read here...

1) HKB"H is not a Kol Yachol, He is THE Kol Yachol...
2) Maybe this is what you meant when you said HKB"H answers me, but isn't it pashut that He always answers, sometimes He just says no... Or He has his own way of doing things...

I don't know if I'm ready to be metztaref to this just yet, but I do have tefillos like these on occasion.
Are you guys taking a break?

Sturggle,
If you join, I'll continue.
Don't need to remember the WHOLE day to participate, even once is enough (See today's email, from bardichev and Yechida b'shem R' Pam ztl).

even if its only when experiencing extreme turbulence, it still counts!
:D

im just gonna preface by saying that its hard for me to put everything into words all the time
and many a time i dont feel like posting...
right now is one of them...

umm...,
i asked Hashem to help me stay focused on my walk to davening this morning (15 min)
and to keep my mind clean on a trip to tel aviv...

the first one was ok,
the second was so-so...
