Hey 5shekvow,
I'm also on my 8th day and the hardest times for me is at night and early morning. I would say that for today instead of giving 5shek for falliing reward yourself with something for not falling. sometimes the positive helps a lot. Just stay strong and know that Hashem feels your pain even more than you do and when you hold yourself back he cries tears of joy and says "look at 5shekvow and the nachas he gives to me even though he has an urge." As much as you appreciate something that someone does for you Hashem appreciates what you do for him an infinate amount of times more. He loves you more than anything else and he is just so happy when you try. Every second that you hold back gains you amazing schar but more importantly gives so much nachas to the aibishter. stay strong and just picture hashem crying tears of joy for every second you hold back.

When you post a link like that a lot of us can't see it b/c our filters block image search sites.

A better idea is to save the image to your computer, then upload it as an attachment to your post. Click on "Additional Options" below where you type the post and you can browse and attach files.
