This is my first post/reply in GYE forum. I like how this platform looks out for its members. Indeed I'm not alone. Thank you Uru for this post. It'll indeed be of great help to a lot of us. However, I must confess that I still have difficulty using this medium effectively. Hopefully I will learn more with time.

I have reached the 90 days since two days

But I have a big big attack of lust since, and it is very difficult to resist.
15 minutes ago, I was beginning to search for some lust on the Internet, and my head was out of control... But I remembered of my Tapshic neder !
One of my conditions was to go outside for 10 minutes.

I did so, and the cold time outside refreshed me, and the desire began to go down... Phew !

I am running to GYE and I pray that I can stay sober... only for the next hour

Finally, the last day was terrible.

In the afternoon, I was like sitting on a burning chair, and thoughts were ruining my mind...
I was trying again and again to concentrate on my work, but it was more and more difficult.

I would insist now, that's my Tapshic that helped me to stay sober so long. Without it, I think that I fall in the first hour of the morning !

Finally, I went out to take some fresh air, and I returned to my desk.
But, after a few minutes, I was falling and was beginning to see lust on the net...

This lasted some time, but the hour to go out from the work was approaching, and this pushed me to stop.
During the return trip to home, in the subway, my brain had turned crazy, but I managed to calm myself. I was full of nausea about what I have see...
And I was thinking that I was better than that, than all the persons doing these abominable things, that Hachem want me to stay sober and to be a good person, to be good with my wife and my children, and to be a better human, not to be in the deep mud...

After, I was alone in the evening because my wife went to a shi'ur, and quickly a big envy to start a new descent into hell.

Hey, the Yetser Hara came to me in this evening and was saying "Today was horrible, tomorrow will be hell, so you must fall now, it is pointless to stay sober ! Do it NOW !"
But, you know, the principle is to take one day after another... And I managed to don't listen to him.

Thanks to Hachem, I manage to keep my mind clear, and I see a DVD of a film without ANY romantic scene that I didn't saw for months : "Oh, this is a good film, let's see it now".
So I spent all the time that my wife was outside to stay concentrated on this film, I was calm, and stayed sober.

And today, thanks to Hachem, the day was with some little desire, but much quieter than yesterday !

Yesterday I had this fall, but fortunately I didn't go to the end.
I don't want to think too much about it, just letting this down and keep moving forward.
Of course, I did the fine that is planned in my Tapshic

PS : I recognised totally when you spoke about nausea after some bad viewings..!
But hey, as you said, don't need to think to much of that for the moment, only the fact that you're still standing and you get off from desire is a huge accomplishment !

Sometimes I used to tell myself that if I had see some bad things then it was like a totally fall and then I would totally fall.
