Can someone give me a constructive advice?

Oh my G.d, the Y'H is attacking me at work, he is attackling very hard and wants to me to run in a toilet and do it... Very very difficult

Many fantasies in my mind, very difficult to concentrate, I'm trying to concentrate with music

Hang in there buddy. What are you doing "between" lust attacks to stay sober?

It's my first "real" lust attack since I started to be sober (since 20 days).
During these days, I got some soft attacks, but it was not very difficult to ignore them and to concentrate on another things...

Between attacks, I read the 'hizuk mails of GYE, I try to guard my eyes away of no-tzniut things like publicity or girls that are not tzniut...
I remember me that I am a dependant and that only Hashem can save me : so I pray many times that He helps me to stay sober.

I thing this is because I'm tired and in stress that Y'H is trying to make me fall because I'm much vulnerable to a fall...

Is there someone you can call to talk about how you are feeling now?

First, how is the discussion with your parents when you bring up your concerns with them explicitly and clearly? As imperfect as they may be, they certainly care more about you than anyone on GYE ever can.

I am not addicted to inappropriate magazines but I am addicted to online arguments and video games.

I am dependent on others.


Thus my chances in this life are very slim. This is one of the reasons I want to return to observance.

Nevertheless, my problem is very common in secular Jewish community -- when a "child" is expected and pressured to be a professor, a doctor or a lawyer.

Are you getting help for your Asperger's? Are your parents accepting you with whatever limitations you have? You imply that they expect you to be a doctor or lawyer - is that what you are aiming for also - or is it just them?

Again, I get the feeling that you have life issues that are way more relevant and immediate than 'beating the yetzer hora'.

You may say to that: "What?! How can there be a more relevant thing than not sinning?!" But I suggest that would be misunderstanding what I wrote. For I am not suggesting that you sin at all, nor do I condone it for you, myself, or anyone. Rather, what I am saying is: you have bigger fish to fry and if you focus on your sinning, you may succeed at that for a day - but if your other issues are not faced and worked on, you will set yourself up for continued failure in the sinning area, as well.

I am addicted to Internet -- I do not watch adult stuff, but I read lots of forums and particularly liberal -- conservative flame wars hours per day. I do not get into these wars but I read them. I also play video games.
