The best quick advice I can give is to quickly switch into giving mode, don't even think twice, and be of service to others. Ask someone what you can do to help, call up your parents and see how life is going for them -- anything of service to others!

Well, for one thing, if your priority is to get through this night without touching your penis, with Hashem's loving help, that'd be a good start.

For another thing, how about getting specific about what you would like to do. If you are open and honest about that rather than hide it (for whatever excuse - 'frum', or otherwise), the burden is lighter. Actually, getting open with others about exactly what you are feeling like and (if you are lusting already - exactly what you are wishing to do) is the '1st step', in a way.

Use us.

Use Hashem.

That is what He wants from us. To use Him.

Just walk around, shmooz with the families visiting their loved ones in the ICU, speak to some of the elderly, see the new babies in the maternity ward. It will do loads to shift your mood and perspective. Also - you might consider joining the 12 step phone conferences. You'll get real tools that really work at busting the lust.

Lo Sasuru	I just wanted to let you know. I fell. I know its not the end of the world or anything near that, and with help form the "sorry you fell" email I was able to pick up and start again!
