Previously, I have decided to take a break from the forums, since some the stuff on them were triggering me. But now I want to try again. Over last couple of months, I have been working with nutritionist to improve my sleep and being less stressed and now I am getting better sleeping and overall feeling better. However, P & M issues still persistent. I have tried putting a good filter and first / second week things were good, but after that, filter starts to bother me and I always find a way to bypass it. I am thinking about going to live group / shrink, but from what I heard one just needs to sit there and share what is bothering them / their feeling. But nothing has been bothering me that much, I just kind of do it (P & M). So I am unsure what to do.
